 <description>&lt;p&gt;I agree with Rowland and Notermann. This is not a cat. Whether or not you believe the DNR, the vet is NOT an expert either. She is a newer, inexperienced vet who works in an area where big cats and cat attacks are extremely rare. She may be very well qualified to care for the horse&#039;s injuries, but I don&#039;t trust her novice opinion that a cat did this. It doesn&#039;t fit most of the known patterns for cat attacks. Cats can leap approximately 20 feet in height with ease, getting on a horses back would be a peace of cake, let alone lame one. And they DO NOT go for legs.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;They should make helmets now a reauirment for children and adults on bikes when on the road or sidewalks to save more lives. Good hob on the seat belts just keep it going with the helmets now on everything.&lt;/p&gt;
